The Sunchild Foundation collaborates with reputable government and private health institutions, medical professionals, religious organizations, community leaders, and individual volunteers to identify people with Sickle Cell Disease, many of whom face life-threatening complications and cannot afford basic medical care.

We verify that these individuals are in genuine need of assistance and enroll them in the National Health Insurance Scheme (NHIS), ensuring they receive necessary medical care and treatment.

This enrollment is reviewed and renewed annually.
